Amber Richards, MPA, SHRM-SCP, is the founder and principal strategist behind High Ground Strategic Services. Amber's foundation in resilience was established as a SERE Specialist (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape). This experience instilled in her the unyielding mental fortitude and disciplined strategic execution required to overcome complex challenges in demanding environments.

She translated this resilience directly to the business world, using her MPA (Master of Public Administration) and SHRM-SCP credentials to become a trusted executive consultant. She has spent her career helping organizations define their strategic advantage, build dynamic operational resilience, and plot their course for enduring success.
